Portraits

The portrait is an essential part of the work I do, something that drives me to create new and better images. It’s important that I make a connection with the person on the other side of the lens, and remind myself how uncomfortable I feel when someone takes my picture. Portraiture has taught me that empathy is the most important ingredient in great photography.
